DELIVERY:

All products are generally shipped F.O.B. Zhuhai, CHINA, by air way or courier unless otherwise specified. The cost of air way or courier and special handling if requested is the customer's responsibility. Please specify your shipping requirements when placing your order.

　

RETURN AND DAMAGER:

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Biocare Diagnostics Ltd. Goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt and discrepancies reported in writing within 7 working days. The carrier is responsible for any damage or storage. These must be reported immediately for an inspection by the carrier before a claim can be issued. Failure to follow this procedure may invalidate your claim.
